Since 1962, Harvey’s practice has focused on complex divorce negotiations, trial and appellate litigation, involving equitable distribution of marital property, maintenance, child support, custody and visitation rights. Mr. Sladkus, who is "AV" rated in Martindale-Hubbell is also a Fellow of the American and International Academies of Matrimonial Lawyers. Since 1977, Harvey has served as an Arbitrator of the Civil Court of the City of New York, and was recently awarded Arbitrator of the Year (New York County) in 2002. Harvey’s nearly 50 years of exemplary service to the practice of law provides a strong base in all areas of our firms practice, as well as ensuring that the highest ethical and legal standards are maintained.
